Manuka oil is produced from the foliage of Leptospermum scoparium, the same plant that bees forage on to produce Manuka honey. The oil can be used in many different ways. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It can also be used to help with inflammation from sunburn, insect bites, stuffy noses or joint pain. It is reported that it can be used as an anti dandruff treatment. Of course, the lovely aromatic smell is perfect to use as a room freshener too!

Pure Oils Of Tasmania are 100% pure, and so are economic to use. A little goes a long way in their use. Use a drop or two in water to make a wash, or added to shampoo. Add some to a carrier cream such as almond oil etc for skin rubs. A drop or two into the rinse water when washing will give a beautiful fresh scent to your clothes.

The bottle comes with a dropper top, and is packed in a protective bamboo case. It contains 15 mls of 100% pure oil, distilled and bottled in clean and green Tasmania by an all Australian company. The plants used are grown on Flinders Island and are uniquely wild harvested. The varieties of plants used are developed for essential oil use, and laboratory analysis has proven that they are different to other varieties of oil on the market. Imported oils are often byproducts from the forestry industry….you can smell the difference with Pure Oils Of Tasmania!

Not to be used internally. Direct application of undiluted oils is not recommended. Keep out of reach of children.
