A clumping grass-like perennial with broad shiny green foliage and masses of fragrant yellow flowers in spring. A much more compact form of Lomandra hystrix than normal. Great as a background plant or for mass planting. Phytophthora resistant, tolerant of high humidity and wet summer. Tolerates light frost. Will do well in a wide range of soil types including clay, sun to quite shady. Good for erosion control and for rain gardens, to stabilise banks.
