Leptospermum scoparium hybrid ‘Silver Fantasy’ – Tea Tree
A silver-foliaged spreading shrub that produces pink flowers in spring. An attractive plant year round that is used by florists for both foliage and flower, in the garden it is also enjoyed by many insects that provide valuable food sources for small insectivorous birds including honeyeaters wrens, robins and thornbills. It is a reasonably quick growing shrub providing contrasting colours in an informal hedge, screen or fence line planting. Grows to around 1.5 to 2 metres tall and 1.5 metres wide.
