Isopogon anemonifolius ‘Sunshine’ – Drumsticks

Isopogon ‘Sunshine’ is an upright small shrub to around a metre tall and wide, with yellow flowers in spring. It is a hardy, low maintenance plant with attractive narrow green foliage. Good for massed plantings, as a feature plant and does well in containers. The flowers last well as cut flowers.
Likes a well drained soil, does best in full sun, and also partial shade. Feed with a low phosphorus fertiliser in spring. Prune back lightly after flowering. Drought and frost tolerant, and happy in coastal situations.
