The annual gathering of garlic lovers is on again. Enjoy everything garlic and plenty of other locally produced Tasmanian goodies such as wines, gin, beer, cider and other drinks. Lots of family activities to get all involved.

Tasmania, with its temperate climate and clean environment, cultivates some of the world’s best garlic, and this harvest festival is a chance to learn more about all aspects of this healthy and delicious bulb.

This event is a must do for all who know how important soil is to so many areas of life, and who would like to learn more. Join Angus Stewart, Tino Carnivale, soil scientist Simon Leake and other experts as they lead talks and also answer questions. Practical demonstrations, soil science and analysis (testing and tasting!), composting and worm farms, permaculture and regenerative agriculture, chemistry and biology, and getting hands on with it all.
