A very compact strappy leaved clumping perennial with attractive foliage and stem bases that develop a distinct red colouring during winter. Tough, low maintenance plant for borders, those tricky narrow spots in the garden, pots or as an accent plant. Blue flowers in spring and purple berries in summer. Frost and drought tolerant.
