A highly decorative small tree with large glossy dark green leaves with a light green reverse with reddish new foliage during the warmer months of the year. It has an outstanding display of brilliant orange large flowers summer with spot flowering at other times of the year, and is highly attractive to nectar loving birds. Prefers a well drained soil in a sunny position.

Note– this plant produces large gumnuts which can be a slipping and tripping hazard when they drop
