Acmena smithii ‘Forest Flame’ – Lilly Pilly

Lilly pilly ‘Forest Flame’ is a hardy, easy care plant that responds well to pruning, making it good for low hedges and topiary work. It grows to around 2 metres tall, and is very compact, with bright red new growth which matures to deep green. Tolerates a wide range of soils, but prefers a moist well drained soil in a sunny to semi shaded position. Rarely troubled by pests or diseases, and is psyllid resistant.
