A uniquely original Tasmanian experience that celebrates the joy of garlic, the food it flavours and the music and arts that it inspires.
There will be 6 foodtrucks and 8 food stalls to enjoy, complimented with 8 award winning drinks places, while you wander round the other 24 stalls. The fabulous garlic inspired cooking demonstrations from celebrated chefs will inspire your own foodie adventures after the event. Talks on horticultural topics will help the grow-your-owns, while the garlic competition will showcase the results of expert growers. A garlic plaiting workshop with Susan Hood and a garlic pinata are not to be missed! There is lots of other things to do for the kids, too, as well as music entertainment for all.
Angus and Tino Carnivale will be doing a talk plus a Q and A. Garlic expert Penny Woodward, Jo Cook and Tamas Osvold, Letetia Ware, Tony Scherer are also giving expert talks. Learn more about them here >>>
