Dampiera stricta – Blue Dampiera

A delightful small perennial plant with lovely blue to mauve flowers  from autumn to summer, with a main flush in spring. Great for feature and massed planting and works well in containers, alone or with other plants. It will lightly sucker and spread to around a metre but is not aggressive. Reasonably hardy, best in well drained soils and sun to part shade. Tolerates light frost once established. Grows naturally from mid Queensland to Tasmania.
