Boronia safrolifera ‘Seaside Stars’

A beautiful small shrub growing to a metre high, it bears masses of pink starry flowers in winter and spring. It needs a well drained and moist soil for best performance. A light coverage of mulch is beneficial. Prune lightly after flowering to encourage a more dense habit, and give it a handful of a good native fertiliser in spring. The flowers are fragrant and make great cut flowers.
